Facility capacity is 150 guests inside/outside

Guests are able to bring in their own food and beverage, or have a caterer. Tables and chairs can be rented from local businesses. Horse barn area is not part of the rental.

*Alcoholic beverages may not be sold without a valid liquor license.

Sundays-Thursdays: $400/day

*2 night minimum and $100 cleaning fee per stay
